Naturally high in fibre and protein with nothing added in or taken away. A teaspoon mixed into your morning hot milk or water, and you’re in for a long-lasting, gentle boost.

Very affordable considering you get over 60 servings and it's pretty potent so I believe the serving estimation is accurate. Tastes wonderful and earthy as a latte with some vanilla
