Caramel is one of the core flavours that can be found in any cafe's repertoire. Sweetbird Caramel Flavouring Syrup is a wonderful rich caramel flavour with a delicious finish on the palate.
Sweetbird syrups are a little bit special. They are the only syrup range registered for vegetarians & vegans by The Vegan Society and also contain no GMOs or artificial colourings.
Common Questions
Q. How much Sweetbird caramel syrup do I need to use?
A. This depends on your personal taste. The flavour strength of some syrups is stronger than other lighter flavours for instance. We would recommend 15 ml of syrup as a good starting point for experimenting with syrup flavourings.
Q. How much syrup is dispensed with a pump?
A. If you are using the Sweetbird branded bottle pumps, each depression will dispense 7.5ml of syrup.
