Yummmmm! I use this in drinks, hot and cold, for baking (add to chocolate cake for an extra hit or coffee cake for mocha). Pour a little - and when I say a little I mean it, the syrup is strong and a little goes a long way - over ice cream or dessert. There is a purity of taste to the syrup I haven't found with other brands, it has a concentrated chocolate taste and I needed to experiment to find the right amount to use for my taste, but it's worth it. Overall a silky, grown-up, rich choc experience.
