I am normally a Lavazza Dek Decaffeinated Coffee drinker but it has recently gone up in price when buy it in balk. So I decided to give this a try based on the reviews. Sad to say I'm a bit disappointed and won't getting it again. The only positive thing I can say is it don't have that particular taste that you can find in a lot decafs.

Really good coffee, no nasty chemical smell or taste for these decaf beans. They are strong and aromatic and also very good value for money. If you like freshly ground coffee these are perfect for bean to cup machines, and for other types of coffee maker are easy to grind.

I would much prefer to drink real coffee but can no longer tolerate caffeine. This is the best decaf coffee I found on the market. The flavour is very good. I have been buying these beans for a number of years, they are fairly priced, well packed and make a great cup of coffee.

Best decaf beans around, and excellent value. The Lavazza Dek tastes similar but is dearer and I also had to grind the (much smaller) beans much coarser to stop it clogging my machine. Douwe Egberts is also no nicer (I'm fairly convinced these are the same beans), and dearer. Side by side with my normal lavazza red, yes you can tell, but I haven't found a better decaf and it's very nice. I was going to try the cuore di moka, but I don't see the point! 6kg does me for most of the year, drinking 2-3 cups a day. And it always arrives next day, as promised - thanks nextday coffee!

I gave up caffine in January 2020 and have been buying all my beans for my office at Next Day Coffee. I never let on to my staff that the coffee beans were decafinated until recently and from then on that's all I've been ordering. Great taste and aroma, excellent coffee highly recommend.

As usual next day coffee produced the goods, even with Covid doing the rounds. They said it would be delayed and it was only by a couple of days which is fine. The coffee is really good. Not too bitter but not too smooth either. I gave it 4* as I am sure there is better coffee out there but so far I have not found it.

This really is not decaf coffee! I do not have any sort of caffeinated drinks and after one cup of this my heart rate increased, I couldn't concentrate and I was literally buzzing for hours! So not impressed. As a caffeinated coffee bean, my husband is happy with them! I'm not!

Tastes fantastic! I bought some decaf Illy coffee beans so I could have the tin to store future coffee in (which cost more than double the price of this coffee per kilo), and I can safely say this Caffe Roma decaf coffee tastes miles better. Would highly recommend giving this a go if you've never heard of Caffe Roma and want to try something cheaper than the leading brands.

In my opinion, a coffee containing robusta beans is not premium, it's a cheaper bean. While this may be a blend it doesn't taste premium to me. I was disappointed with this coffee.

Really happy with these (decaffeinated) coffee beans. I was nervous about placing a large order, in case I didn't like the taste, so I ordered the 1kg bag of Caffe Roma Decaffeinated Coffee Beans. Even taking the delivery costs into account by placing a small order, I was still winning when compared to buying the little bags which you get at the supermarket, enough to do my taste test anyway. I have been delighted with their performance in my bean to cup machine, with a strong pleasant flavour, so will be ordering the 6kg pack next time around. Everyone's different, though I would recommend that two of the (Beko ceg7425b) machine's 'medium cups' - set to it's strongest setting and made with these beans - into a standard household mug & topped up with hot frothed milk makes the perfect cuppa!

Really good decaf coffee. Good taste and not bitter. I have black coffee and this is the best decaf I've found.

Finding decaf beans is not an easy task, particularly if you don't want to get rinsed out on cost. The Caffe Roma is a robust and tasty bean without the shakes and headaches. Buy with confidence.

This Decaffeinated coffee is good strong taste with bitter burn chocolate flavour, not for all. The extra glossiness of the beans could give problem if you have an automatic coffee machine at home. The shiny over the beans are the oil of the beans that comes out for the very strong roasting. If the coffee is grind fine like Italian espresso the coffee powder could create a kind of water proof sealed wall, too much oil on the surface on the beans. this happen for the machine that not have high bars pressure and not sturdy built inside. So for professional machine no problems, for home machine have a try, if the water spill all over. is not your machine and is not broken simply the water can`t find the way out, you need to change brand that offer you no too shiny beans or at least make the coffee more coarse even is not the same.

A bit on the weak side meaning that we have to use more beans which in turn makes it more expensive. It does not seem that they are FairTrade.
