This espresso machine cleaner is non-GMO and free from any phosphates and chlorine. Plus the formulation in this cleaner is non-corrosive which will protect the machine! The 1kg tub of Cafetto's espresso machine cleaner contains a measuring scoop meaning you can get the most accurate dose each time.

- Remove the coffee filter from the group handle, and replace it with a blind filter.
- For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2-level scoops.
- Start the cycle and allow it to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner.
- Stop the cycle and allow it to sit for 10 seconds.
- Start and stop the cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
- Remove the group handle and rinse well under a stream of water from the delivery group. Turn off.
- Re-insert the handle with a blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, and stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing.
- Remove the blind filter and insert a regular filter.
- Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.
- Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO® Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
