The Nitra 500ml Gourmet Cream Whipper features a sleek stainless steel body. Engineered for professional kitchens, this whipper delivers precise, consistent results for chefs, baristas and catering teams who demand reliability. It’s designed for reliability, delivering perfectly aerated, cafe-quality whipped cream with every pull of the lever.

Designed for use with one N₂O charger, the 500ml capacity produces smooth, stable whipped cream, culinary foams, aerated sauces and mousses with excellent texture and hold. Its manageable size makes it perfect for front-of-house dessert finishing, speciality drinks and plated presentation where precision matters.

Please note that this whipper is only suitable for making whipped cream; for Espumas or hot sauces, consider purchasing one of our commercial-grade Stainless Steel whippers.

This product should not be used with hot ingredients and should be hand-washed.

The cream whipper features a plastic head, high-quality stainless steel valves, and moving parts. It can be completely dismantled for cleaning and replacing parts. Accessories included are: charger holder, dispenser head, 3 decorator tips, and a cleaning brush.

Usage Instructions:

Fill: Use chilled liquids and do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Attach Head: Ensure the gasket is correctly seated and screw the head on evenly until no threads are visible.
Insert 1 Charger: Place the required N₂O charger into the holder and screw it on firmly until you hear a hiss.
Shake Vertically

Regular cream (min. 28% fat): 4–5 shakes

Low-fat cream: 8–10 shakes
Avoid over-shaking, as this can over-thicken the cream.

Remove Charger: Unscrew the holder (a light hiss is normal) and dispose of the empty charger.
Serve: Hold fully upside down (nozzle pointing down) and press the lever completely to dispense.
