Colour: Slightly cloudy gold

Tasting Notes: Orange peel smell, candied orange taste.

Application: Cocktails, sodas, smoothies, fruit punches and teas.

The sweet and tart, tasty and juicy orange loved all around the world originates from an ancient and sour-tasting wild Chinese predecessor.

Everything about the modern orange fruit is lovable – the colour, the fresh aroma,  the tangy-sweet taste.

Most oranges, like other citrus fruits, are consumed fresh or made into juice.  The taste of orange fruit and rind are also much enjoyed in marmalade, flavourings and confections, and of course…  in MONIN Orange.

Please note:
Curdling can sometimes occur when milk is mixed with acidic flavours. Here are some top tips to avoid this.

Hot Chocolates & Mochas

  • Mix syrup with chocolate powder or sauce first to help neutralise the acidity
  • Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius

Coffees

  • Mix the syrup with the coffee shot first to help neutralise the acidity
  • Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius

Cold Drinks (Milkshakes & Iced Coffees)

  • Shaking or blending the syrups with a vanilla based frappe powder will help prevent curdling

We don’t recommend using this syrup with steamers.
