Monbana Salon de The is a delicious smooth traditional hot chocolate drink. Simply add to hot steamed milk for a wonderful drink. Monbana Salon de The chocolate contains a minimum of 32% cocoa powder. Each 1kg tub will make between 35-45 drinks depending on the dosage used. Each tub has a re-sealable lid to keep the chocolate mix fresh.
Directions For Use:
Add 1 scoop (20g-30g) of chocolate mix to 200 ml of steamed milk. This product is also suitable for use in chocolate paddle machines.

A. Make the hot chocolate in a saucepan. Add 1.5fl oz pineapple syrup and 2 slices of pineapple (diced) to the chocolate and serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a fruit skewer to finish.
