Hollandaise Sauce by Macphie brings a smooth and buttery flavour to your egg, fish, pasta and asparagus dishes. This sauce will accept any inclusions you wish to add so spice it up or simply add some herbs to create a wider flavour in your sauce!
This sauce is freeze-thaw stable in application and will keep its deliciously creamy flavour and consistency whether it's heated by hob, microwave, kettle, bain-marie or hot cabinet.
Macphie's Hollandaise Sauce also works brilliantly if you want to put your own spin on it by adding tarragon and white wine vinegar for a fool-proof Béarnaise sauce.
