ISI Gourmet Whip 1.0L Whipper: The fantastic all purpose tool for every kitchen.
Perfect for preparing fluffy espumas, whipped soups, tasty finger foods, hot or cold sauces, as well as making light fluffy whipped cream and desserts. Features a stainless steel bottle and head. The head has a protective silicone grip with fixed stainless steel valve for easy dispensing, even with hot preparations. Cleaning is hygienic, quick and easy thanks to the heat resistant silicone gasket featuring removal tab. Keep warm preparations warm in bain marie up to 75°C/165°F.
