It's the ideal Release Agent Spray for goods such as Danish pastries, sponges, cakes and meringues. It's also fantastic for use with savoury goods such as sausage rolls, pizza bases or quiches!
How to use:
Shake well before use. Spray evenly, from 12” to 18”, over baking trays, sheets, bread tins or sponge/cake tins. The best spraying results are obtained at 20-30°C.
