What is the Funkin pouch recycling scheme?

Since launching in 1999, sustainability has been at the heart of the Funkin mission. From reducing food waste, to ensuring that product energy usage whilst in storage is kept to a minimum due to being part of a non-chilled chain, their business decisions are guided by social responsibility.

In collaboration with the Enval recycling facility, customers are now able to sustainably dispose of Funkin pouches nationwide, free of charge.

How do I recycle my pouches?

In order to use the recycling scheme:

1) Use the original Funkin puree box & fill it with up to 15 empty pouches.
2) Write ‘FREEPOST FUNKIN POUCH RECYCLING SCHEME’ (in capital letters) on the box.
3) Take the box to the nearest post office for free collection.
