The Story
Our signature blend 3.1 is created from coffees produced within a strict certified supply chain. Great measures are taken from seed to cup to ensure the precise and exacting process of producing a stellar coffee.
Blend 3.1 is a full-bodied blend that combines the chocolatey flavours and textures of South American Arabica coffee beans, with the brightness of East African Robusta coffee beans.
It’s a complex, yet integrated blend that pours a fine cup with any brew method.

The Master Roaster
In order to uphold our exceptional standards, our master coffee roaster is fitted with top-of-the-line coffee roasting equipment. Their approach to roasting coffee is unconventional, despite utilising a traditional drum roaster (Brambati). By employing a combination of conductive (drum) and convective (air) heat transfer, we are able to attain precise control over the roast profile. This method yields a consistently even roast and a fully developed flavour.

As we progress towards a future that prioritises sustainability, utilising recyclable coffee packaging can significantly reduce single-use plastics in the UK. By choosing to recycle instead of disposing of plastics, we can collectively reduce waste and conserve raw materials, leading to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to a more eco-friendly planet.
As we progress towards a future that prioritises sustainability, we believe that utilising recyclable coffee packaging can significantly reduce the consumption of single-use plastics in the UK. By choosing to recycle instead of dispose of plastics, we can collectively reduce waste and conserve raw materials, leading to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to a more eco-friendly planet.
The recyclable films we utilise are primarily composed of LDPE, and include a valve that is also recyclable and made from LDPE.
To recycle our recyclable coffee film, it should be deposited at supermarkets alongside other plastic bags. We recommend that you check with your local council to locate the nearest recycling facility for proper disposal.

Used with a delonghi bean to cup machine I've had for ages. Probably the best tasting coffee I've had out of this machine. Definitely on par with Manchester independents Union and Mancoco... Which is high praise indeed. Great price too ... This is my go to blend now
