- 240ml double cream
- 180ml milk
- 60ml Amor Strawberry Puree
- 50g granulated sugar
- 5ml vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Choice of inclusion
Combine ingredients and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze. Once frozen, pour into a container and mix in more puree. Cover tightly and freeze in a freezer for at least 2 hrs. Serve, Enjoy
