Amor Blue Curacao syrup. A cocktail classic, Amor Blue Curacao is known for its deep blue colour, tart orange and tropical flavours. The entire range of Amor flavouring syrups is made using only the finest ingredients and are vegetarian and vegan friendly.

 

Common Questions

Q. How much Amor syrup do I need to use?
A. This depends on your personal taste. The flavour strength of some syrups is stronger than other lighter flavours for instance. We would recommend 15ml of syrup as a good starting point for experimenting with syrup flavourings.

Q.How much syrup is dispensed with a pump?
A.If you are using the Amor branded bottle pumps, each depression will dispense 7.5ml of syrup.


Please note:
Curdling can sometimes occur when milk is mixed with acidic flavours. Here are some top tips to avoid this.

Hot Chocolates & Mochas

  • Mix syrup with chocolate powder or sauce first to help neutralise the acidity
  • Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius

Coffees

  • Mix the syrup with the coffee shot first to help neutralise the acidity
  • Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius

Cold Drinks (Milkshakes, Frostinos & Iced Coffees)

  • Shaking or blending the syrups with a vanilla based frappe powder will help prevent curdling

We don’t recommend using this syrup with steamers.
