This Dark Chocolate is lighter and livelier dark chocolate with a lower cocoa percentage. Strong citrus and herbal aromas lead to a flavourful and sweet grapefruit acidity. You'll also taste flavours of banana and honey which is rounded off nicely with a rich dried fruit finish.
