Banoffee combines the flavours of banana and toffee to create an indulgent, smooth and sweet flavour used by many restaurants, cafes and dessert parlours.
Method:
For pipeable fillings:
• All the Luxury Fillings are conveniently ready-to-use at ambient temperature (18°C-20°C).
• Place the required amount into a piping bag or injector machine.
• Pipe the desired amount into the product (6-8 grams recommended for muffins and 15-20 grams for doughnuts)
