Zuma dark chocolate sauce is a rich and dark sauce with high cocoa content.
Our dark chocolate flavour sauce is thick, rich and delicious in all kinds of drinks. Create tasty hot chocolates and mochas, to frappes and milkshakes. Can also be used to drizzle on top to finish drinks.
The dark chocolate sauce does not require refrigerated storage. Simply store in a cool, dark place (preferably below 15C) until needed. The bottle is made from food grade high-density polyethene (HDPE 2) and features a resealable screw top lid for easy use. An optional pump can be purchased and replaces the screw top lid. This has the added benefit of portion control and quick access to the chocolate sauce. Once the chocolate sauce has been opened use within 6 weeks.

Sugar, water, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, dextrose, humectant: glycerine, Cocoa butter, salt, emulsifier: E435, preservative: potassium sorbate.

I have used Zuma powdered chocolate and it is great. I decided to try their syrup as stated it should be good to use in milkshakes, topping and hot chocolate. Firstly it's so hard to pump it up out of bottle as it is very thick. So it take ages to get required amount. It should be dark chocolate but it is actually sweeter that their powder version of milk chocolate. I love Zuma but not this syrup. Not sure what I going to do with nearly 2litres...now.
