Zuma caramel sauce has a delicious smooth buttery taste.

Our rich and golden Caramel Sauce makes all sorts of drinks delicious. It’s especially good in hot chocolates, frappés and coffees or drizzled over a pile of whipped cream.

The caramel sauce does not require refrigerated storage. Simply store in a cool, dark place (preferably below 15C) until needed. The bottle is made from food grade high-density polyethene (HDPE2) and features a resealable screw top lid for easy use. An optional pump can be purchased and replaces the screw top lid. This has the added benefit of portion control and quick access to the chocolate sauce. Once the chocolate sauce has been opened use within 6 weeks.

Sugar, Skimmed Condensed Milk, Water, Glucose Syrup, Humectant: Glycerine, Brown Sugar, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.

Q. How much Zuma sauce do I need to use?
A. This will depend on the drink being made. A typical serving would be 30ml (2 pumps)

Q. How long will the sauce last once open?
A. We recommend that the sauce bottle is stored below 15C in a cool, dark place. Once opened, use within 6 weeks.

Zuma Caramel Steamer Recipe:

• Pump 2 pumps of Caramel Sauce into a 12oz cup.
• Add a splash of water and mix into a smooth paste
• Top up with steamed milk
• Pour and serve
