The just-picked flavour of ripe summer cherries brings balanced sweet, tart taste to a huge variety of drinks. Mix in our Cherry Syrup to create tasty cherry sodas, chocolate cherry mochas, or cocktails that put flavour first.
Monin Cherry Syrup adds sweet, juicy flavour to lemonades, mochas, sodas, iced teas and more.
TIPS
Combine with other fruit flavours like Monin Lime Syrup, Banana and Coconut Garnish options include whipped cream, fresh cherries, or maraschino cherries May be combined with dairy ingredients: milk, cream, half & half when used with an appropriate non-tart Monin flavour such as Vanilla Syrup
This product is Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Halal, Kosher, Non-GMO and Vegan.
Please note: Curdling can sometimes occur when milk is mixed with acidic flavours. Here are some top tips to avoid this.
Hot Chocolates & Mochas
- Mix syrup with chocolate powder or sauce first to help neutralise the acidity
- Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius
Coffees
- Mix the syrup with the coffee shot first to help neutralise the acidity
- Don’t heat the milk to more than 65 Degrees Celsius
Cold Drinks (Milkshakes & Iced Coffees)
- Shaking or blending the syrups with a vanilla based frappe powder will help prevent curdling
We don’t recommend using this syrup with steamers.
