Eaten raw or used for baking and making jams, wild strawberries can be harvested from roadsides, rocky riverbeds or in fields and woods. A natural delicacy, they have been consumed since the Middle Ages. MONIN Wild Strawberry captures this beautiful, intense flavour in syrup, which is the perfect partner for vodka and wine to create aromatic, refreshing cocktails with a taste of the wild. **Please note:** Curdling can sometimes occur when milk is mixed with acidic flavours. Here are some top tips to avoid this. **Cold Drinks (Milkshakes & Iced Coffees)** - Shaking or blending the syrups with a vanilla-based frappe powder will help prevent curdling We don’t recommend using this syrup with steamers. ## Product specifications ### Product details SKU: MOST004 Barcode: 3052911169380 Brand: Monin Storage Instructions: Store in a dry, cool (<25°C) place and protected from light.
