[Grenadine](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/grenadine-syrup "Grenadine Syrup"), falernum, pink grapefruit and pineapple collide with a whisper of absinthe to deliver a punchy, complex cocktail that still feels effortlessly drinkable. It’s vibrant, indulgent and made for moments when you want your glass to look as good as it tastes. ## You will need - Tiki Glasses - (or) Highball Glasses - Shaker ## Ingredients - 5ml [MONIN Grenadine Syrup](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/monin-grenadine-syrup-700ml-926 "MONIN Grenadine Syrup") - 10ml [MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/monin-pink-grapefruit-syrup-700ml-2395 "MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup") - 10ml [MONIN Falernum Syrup](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/monin-falernum-syrup-700ml "MONIN Falernum Syrup") - 50ml Rum - 25ml Lime Juice - 60ml Pineapple Juice - 2 Dashes of Absinthe --- **Tasting Notes:** A deep, complex blend of rich rum warmth, tropical fruit sweetness and subtle spice. Notes of pineapple, citrus and stone fruit shine through, layered over a long, warming finish. Full-bodied, bold and unapologetically potent. ## How to make MONIN Zombie 1. 1 Fill a serving glass full of ice 2. 2 Pour ingredients into the mixing shaker in order listed. 3. 3 Add ice from the serving glass. 4. 4 Cap, shake and pour back into the serving glass. 5. 5 Add garnish and serve. --- **Tips for a better Zombie:** The rum float matters.
