Crisp, cooling and aromatic with gentle sweetness balancing the citrus. The finish is lively, herbal and refreshingly dry. ## You will need - Highball Glasses ## Ingredients - 15 ml [MONIN Mojito Mint syrup](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/monin-mojito-mint-syrup-700ml-1527) - 25 ml lime juice - 50 ml white rum - 100 ml soda water --- **Tasting Notes:** Fresh mint, bright lime and lightly sweetened rum create a crisp, cooling and aromatic drink. Dry, refreshing finish. ## How to make MONIN Mint Mojito 1. 1 Add the syrup, lime juice and rum to a highball glass. 2. 2 Stir thoroughly to combine. 3. 3 Fill with crushed ice. 4. 4 Top with soda water 5. 5 Enjoy! --- **Why This Recipe Works:** Mint is gently muddled to release oils without bitterness. Lime adds acidity, syrup brings control, rum ties the flavours together. Built correctly, the drink stays lively and balanced. ## Mint Mojito FAQs ### Do I muddle the mint hard? No, press gently to release aroma without tearing leaves. ### What rum is best? Light rum for a clean, classic profile. ### Can I use soda water? Yes, it lengthens the drink and adds light fizz. ### Can I make it non-alcoholic? Omit rum and use more soda and syrup. ### Why is my Mojito bitter? Over-muddling the mint releases bitterness. ### What garnish works? Fresh mint sprig and lime wheel. ![Monin Mint Mojito](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/images/recipes/Monin-Cocktails/mojito-cocktail-recipe-001.jpg) ## About this recipe A crisp non-alcoholic (or adaptable) mojito-style mocktail: mint syrup with lime and sparkling water, mint leaves stirred in for a clean, vibrant finish.
