The flat wooden spreader is commonly used to make Breton crepes. We would advise washing the flat crepe spreader with clean water before using it for the very first time, and then after each time it is used. To fix the handle to the spreader, assemble both parts and leave them to soak before first use. The water will soak into both parts and join them together. In between making each crepe, put the crepe spreader into a water tray and frequently remove any batter residue from the flat end to ensure a clean spreader. ## Product specifications ### Product details SKU: CRSP001 Barcode: 3563880000197 Brand: Krampouz Material: Beech Wood Product weight: 40g Product dimensions: 18cm Country of origin: France ## About Krampouz [ ![mf_logos_krampouz](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/images/virtuemart/manufacturer/resized/mf_logos_krampouz_250x250.png) ](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/brand/krampouz)Since 1949, Krampouz has been driven by the pursuit of performance without ever compromising on quality.
