The Story
Our decaffeinated blend 5.1 is created from coffees produced within a strict certified supply chain. Great measures are taken from seed to cup to ensure the precise and exacting process of producing a stellar coffee.
Blend 5.1 is a medium-bodied blend that combines the delicious flavours of baking chocolate, hazelnut and caramel in a coffee that has been decaffeinated, yet retains 100% of its flavour and texture. Expertly blended with selected coffee beans from Latin America.
It’s a wonderful coffee that pours a tasty cup with any brew method without caffeine.

The Master Roaster
In order to uphold our exceptional standards, our master coffee roaster is fitted with top-of-the-line coffee roasting equipment. Their approach to roasting coffee is unconventional, despite utilising a traditional drum roaster (Brambati). By employing a combination of conductive (drum) and convective (air) heat transfer, we are able to attain precise control over the roast profile. This method yields a consistently even roast and a fully developed flavour.
