### Our Delivery Promise

Orders placed **before 4pm Monday - Friday** will be processed by our warehouse the same day. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and is subject to stock availability.

We will contact you if there are any issues with your order such as an out of stock item and offer you either a refund or suitable replacement item.

### How do I track my parcel?

You will receive a tracking link for your parcel as soon as the courier scans the label.

We recommend downloading the [MyDPD app](https://innovation.dpd.co.uk/app) to check on the status of your DPD parcels.

If you cannot track your parcel using the app, please contact us on 01698 84 25 28.
