I have watched some really skilled barista create a stunning coffee only to get a grumpy comment about how long it look to make their coffee or watch the customer dump a few sachets of sugar in the cup and stir without a second glance.<\/p>\n<p>It takes lots of effort and practise to learn. My personal latte art efforts result in lots of spilt milk and rubbish designs. It&#8217;s a good reason to drink lots of coffee ;)<\/p>\n<p>This morning I came across a video on Youtube from one of the channels I follow. I gave it a quick watch and thought it was worth sharing on the blog. The barista (Dritan Alsela) has some great videos on Youtube worth a watch.
