## How about breakfast first?

Score some extra brownie points on mother's day by making your mum breakfast in bed. Croissants always go down well in our house with lashings of bacon and poached or fried eggs. Serve with a lovely latte or cappuccino of course. ![champage breakfast](https://www.nextdaycoffee.co.uk/images/blog/2015/03/blog-banner-champage-breakfast.jpg "champage breakfast")
