Part of a xmas hamper..

Disappointing. Monin usually do really great syrups but this one does not shine. Doesn't taste of elderflower and seems to mostly comprise lemon juice and grapefruit flavouring?!

Bought as a gift so can't directly comment but the recipient loves this and uses it in sparkling drinks, sweet sauces on desserts and anything else she can.
